Church On Sunday

Our Sunday UrbEx adventure started off with a visit to an old abandoned church on East Grand, just a few blocks from Packard. This is what remains of the East Grand Blvd Methodist Church. With the aging city population and all the younger generation living in the suburbs, these old churches are being abandoned by the dozen. This one is very moldy inside, with extensive water damage and leaks everywhere...certainly beyond repair. Still, it's for sale for "best cash offer" if you are in the market for a church.
