Heatherbaby is now off work for the homestretch to baby Brooke! Her (male) doctor didn't see a medical reason she should be excused from work despite her extreme discomfort and very physical job. Apparently, he's never been through this himself.
Luckily though, her midwives HAVE been through this, personally, and one of them approved it.
I hear Lindsay is in labor right now, so let's hope Heather follows shortly :)

"Home Stretch" is a very figurative way to describe waiting at home to birth a baby. Hope you're feeling more comfortable soon.
