Some T & A

My father-in-law has a Model T and a Model A. We used the "T", a 1921, in our wedding, and although it was cold in that thing in late October with no heater, we were the epitome of cool too. The "A" is a 1931, much more modern, with a transmission most people who have driven stick-shift cars would recognize. But where the "A" has more refinement and comfort, the "T" is our favorite.

There is something raw and original about it. Something honest that screams "been there, done that!". This was a car built to satisfy needs from all strata of society, from the tall roofline with breathing room for top-hats to the high ride clearance for driving on rutty backroads. And although it creaks and groans and strains to keep up with modern traffic in the slow lane, it does so with style, and a knowing nod to a slower time.

And so we have our perfect wedding car, something our marriage itself aspires to be: enduring, fun, and capable of anything, anywhere.
