Just having  written about this, it's ironic that the WHO now wants to plop cell phones in  with coffee and chloroform. Their rationale seems to be that they have no  conclusive data.
 "“it is important that additional research be conducted  into the long-term, heavy use of mobile phones. Pending the availability of such  information, it is important to take pragmatic measures to reduce exposure such  as hands-free devices or texting.”
 Note: the  incidence of brain cancer has not increased at all since cell phones went into  use. And we wonder why people are confused.
