Yeah, we don't need to fix this system at all...

OMG don't get me started! It's scientifically proven medical knowledge that there is a cure for most coronary artery disease. Do you know why doctors don't teach the cure? Because they get tens of thousands of dollars and enormous prestige for doing bypass surgery. They get at most an office visit fee for teaching people how to change their dietary habits. Nutritional counseling just doesn't provide the drama sawing through a sternum and cracking ribs for open heart surgery does! Ok, this format isn't big enough for the whole story....
