More Ides

I heard on the radio yesterday that the Ides of March production would be filming at 14 Mile Rd & Crooks which is very close to our home, so Z and I drove by on the way home. The shooting seemed to be centered in and around a little diner on 14 Mile Rd called Nick's Country Oven. There were people everywhere, and the telltale semi trucks filled with equipment were parked nearby and huge lights were set up all around. I didn't get any good photos but these two were taken by a Facebook friend of mine who also stopped by the location. George Clooney is directing this film as well as starring in it, hence the "Directors Finder" in his hand, which lets the director see the same optical viewpoint that the camera is set up for.
