I think I've previously mentioned my favorite trick of passing off leftovers: making them into frittatas. You just about can't lose. Frittatification, if I may coin a new word, can revitalize and transform almost any old container of leftovers you find yourself stuck with.
I've done various pastas with sauce, curries, rice dishes, bean salads, and all kinds of other things. About the only thing I haven't tried yet is pizza...
...until tonight!
We've got some several-day-old Jet's in the fridge, and if we also have 6 eggs and some milk, we're in business!
