Hulu just announced that they will be streaming every movie from the Criterion catalog. To me, this is news of about the same magnitude as winning the lottery. Finally I can watch all those hundreds of old movies that are not available anywhere else and are very expensive to buy.
Godard, Bergman, Kurosawa, Eisenstein, Fellini, Hitchcock, Cassavetes, Lang, Malick, Renior, Truffaut. All the great directors that the moviegoing public has forgotten but who will live forever in the hearts of true film lovers. All waiting for me to get some free time...
