Brian came over Sunday and helped me (well, I suppose I helped him, it was his show) install a new electrical circuit in order to add an unswitched outlet under my kitchen sink. I was surprised how easy it is when you 1) know how to do it and 2) have no fear of house projects...and Slumlord Brian has both of these going for him.
The new outlet was needed for the hot water tap I got for Heatherbaby and now that it's all installed and working she LOVES it.
If you don't have one of these things and you like tea or ramen noodles or hot chocolate or any number of other things made with "just under boiling" water, I'd recommend you get one. I can make tea in 20 seconds now, including getting the mug and tea out.
