Still There

Remember this rambling post I did on the Mars Rovers? Ok, don't roll your eyes, I know it was long and most of you didn't read it. That's ok.

Well, Spirit, the down and out little rover who got stuck and cannot move continues to surprise everyone with her perseverance. She did not die during the winter. She hunkered down and survived, and not only that, she actually continued working and even made a great discovery! NASA engineers tried to make the best of her situation and reprogrammed her to look for subsurface water, which she found!

Nice to know you're still with us little one, even if it's only until next Martian winter.
