I like The Fantastic Mr Fox, what a good movie. I seem to like all the Wes Anderson movies I see, they are so offbeat and different.
It's the little things, like the way the characters don't swear, they use the word "cuss" instead, as in: "What the cuss?", or "What a cluster cuss!". And the way they describe their ages in "Non-fox years". And the low talking style, George Clooney reminds me a little of his character in O' Brother Where Art Thou, which was my favorite roll of his. The stop-motion puppet animation is very old-school too, purposely jerky and with a great orange-tinted color palette.
My lovely sister is coming in to town this weekend and I'm going to try to arrange a movie night!
