I started listening to Eric Johnson's old (1990's) tunes after that last post and remembered how good they are. Here are a few more I like:
Cliffs of Dover. His masterpiece, for sure...it won the Grammy for Best Rock Instrumental Performance in 1991 and it deserved to. Listen to this in awe and reverence, it's one of the best electric guitar pieces you'll ever hear.
Camel's Night Out. Love the flow of this song, it's more aggressive than his usual songs, but really good.
Zap. One of his early songs, the one that propelled him to guitar-god status.
Steve's Boogie. Sort of a Country-Western swing tune. Very old-fashioned and cool as heck.
