Part of my standard process nowadays is tracking what I eat using an app so that I can keep an eye on my nutritional breakdown and how much I eat. There are a few of these apps available and they also track weight, exercise, etc. I started out using Lose-It, which is a very popular free app for iPhone. I don't use that one any more - I now use MyNetDiary, because you can sync data with other devices and all the data is stored online.
I must have been a trailblazer, because I got this nifty email from Lose-It today celebrating the fact that they have reached 1 million users. It seems I was number 871!
