We don't have ribs very often but I really like them and this recipe (which was supposed to be made with foot-long beef ribs) was called "Dinosaur Bones". I kept Zach in suspense as to what that title could mean all week. He knew they weren't real dinosaur bones of course, but I had some fun telling him how difficult it was for me to find Stegosaurus ribs.
