I took photographs of the kids on Santa's lap at the daycare holiday party. The Santa Claus they employed was the biggest grouch of a jolly old elf I have encountered these past 44 years. This guy had a permanent grimace etched into his face, as if he was trying to pass a sea urchin. And although as far as I know I have never done anything mean to him, he glared at me the whole time like he wanted to lurch across the room, leap upon me, and eviscerate me with a pair of rusty scissors.
All the kids were scared of this guy, and you can bet many of the adults were too. I don't think I got two smiles out of the entire school of children. Madison summed it up best:
"Why is that Santa so grouchy? That one with the black beard."

OMG, that is hilarious. I can't stop laughing. Who hires that guy to be Santa? At a daycare???
The daycare owner was mortified. This guy was the grandfather of one of the children that go there. I wonder if they did a criminal background check on him. I'm guessing no. He's been officially fired though, he's not coming back next year.
Santa -- can you say "Al-Qaeda" I bet you can~
What an awful Santa...where'd they find this guy? His beard isn't even white and he looks all disheveled with one boot showing and one boot hidden by his pant leg. Something funny to look back on none the less!!
Very, very scary. I'll bet he gets coal in his stocking!
