Thank goodness Taco Bell has figured out what's really wrong with the American diet. After years of intensive scientific research we were just starting to think maybe we were eating too much crap, too fast. Nope! Turns out we were wrong. Taco Bell's marketing department has found the real issue:
We don't eat enough gassy, high-fat food in the middle of the night!
All we needed to do to reel in our overweight society, rife with heart disease, was to ingest another giant load of fat, salt, and sugar during that time we used to waste sleeping. It's called "Fourthmeal: The Meal Between Dinner and Breakfast".
Thank you Taco Bell, for setting us straight. It was so simple. No exercise. No worries.
Anyone else up for a 4,000 calorie midnight snack? I feel healthier already.

Can you even believe that?! The first time I saw this I wanted to jump through the window and strangle someone.
And they blame McDonald's for America's obesity problem??!!
This, the same day I vowed not to eat after 9pm anymore.
