The cruel metal dental spacers that Zach has had to endure since Kindergarten are history! He had them removed at the dentist today. They were required to keep his teeth separated correctly until his adult versions came in.
It will be strange for a while, I don't even remember a Zach who could eat Tootsie Rolls and chew gum.
We need to celebrate! Caramel apples are on me!

Let's all meet at the Franklin Cider Mill! Apples, cider and those yum hot dogs! Bring your checkbook. It's so expensive there.
Oh, the Franklin Cider Mill. Now that's a great memory. Unfortunately Illinois doesn't seem to believe in cider mills, either that or they're their best-kept secret. I miss those incredible doughnuts and sweet cider.
