The man in the brown truck brought me the most interesting book today, but it really came from Ingrid. She always seems to get me just the right thing. This time it's the Annie Leibovitz book
American Music, which is a collection of photographs of the "disappearing landscape" of American music.
There are juke joints, old blues guys, and folk singers from the heart of America, all rendered in amazingly lush color and silver gelatin black & white.
I love it, Ingie!
