We have no "lackness" of people looking at our house lately. Do you believe that talking about something puts a jinx on it and spoils it?
Me neither. So...
At least two different parties seem to love our house, enough to maybe buy it. I don't blame them, I love it too. And with the constant showings lately, it's clean as a whistle (the kind without spit in them). It "shows well", as they say.
We're hoping one (or more) of these families sends us an offer soon. But we'll see.
