I made tacos for dinner tonight and Zach made the fresh corn tortillas from scratch BY HIMSELF. He was good at it too, the mixing, balling, flattening and grilling, he made short work of it and the tortillas were amazing.
If you've never had fresh corn tortillas I guess I can forgive you for liking the flour version. But try it. You'll never go back.
