It was 55 years ago that Watson and Crick first discovered the double helix structure of DNA. And it was five years ago that the Human Genome Project completed the rough sequencing of the
Homo Sapiens version of that structure. These discoveries will change our world more than just about anything else I can think of.
So raise a glass, tankard, mug, or flagon to the daring geniuses who helped us find our place in this vast ocean of time and space.
